Cancellation and Refund Policy

Every workshop is the result of months of planning and organizing. However, if we are cancelling an event due to some technical reasons we offer a full refund. If there are any deductions in certain cases, it will be mentioned on the event registration page or will be communicated to you before processing the refund.

Refund of fee or registration fee.

Details of the deduction for cancellation will be displayed on the event page in the following manner. Your cancellation will be processed accordingly.

All refunds are processed within 15 working days of:

  1. You cancelling your registration before the prescribed cut off dates mentioned on the event registration page
  2. We informing you of the cancellation of an event due to some unavoidable reasons.

In case of you cancelling the registration, no refund requests are entertained after the cut-off date mentioned on the registration page.

The cancellation process is online. If you are cancelling by contacting us, the invoice / receipt you received during your registration will be of great help. Such refunds require proof of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
