Vinod is a flautist trained under Gurus like Kudamaloor Janardanan. He plays for Carnatic music concerts and is also an active part of alternative music troupes like Vayali.
Along with his wife, he runs an art school named ‘Swathi’, at Koppam, near Pattambi, Palakkad district.
